Outpatient Medical Property Investment

Mario Gonzalez serves as President and Managing Director for ShareMD. Mr. Gonzalez has overall responsibility for the performance, strategy, and growth of the ShareMD portfolio.

Prior to joining ShareMD, Mr. Gonzalez spent 14 years at Welltower (NYSE: WELL), the pre-eminent healthcare REIT and largest non-hospital owner of medical real estate in the world. At Welltower, Mr. Gonzalez held a variety of diverse and expanding roles in asset management, leasing, and operations. Most recently he served as Vice President, Portfolio Strategy and Leasing Lead, where he was responsible for the overall performance of a 5.7M RSF medical office portfolio valued in excess of $2.5B, with annual NOI of $130M. Mr. Gonzalez also served as Vice President, Leasing at Welltower, where he was responsible for the identification and execution of leasing strategies across Welltower's 20M RSF portfolio, with 7 leasing directors covering 26 states.

Prior to Welltower, Mr. Gonzalez held roles with the Falcone Group, a multi-faceted real estate development firm based in South Florida, and Rendina Companies, one of the pioneers in medical real estate development. Mr. Gonzalez has a Masters and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Peter Becronis serves as the Managing Director and part-owner of ShareMD's partner firm, ShareMD Asset Management, having joined upon ShareMD's formation in 2019. Mr. Becronis is also a founding partner at Inception Property Group, an award-winning healthcare facility development and advisory firm.

Mr. Becronis has over 35 years of real estate experience. Previously, Mr. Becronis was at Kaiser Permanente's corporate real estate department for over 8 years, where he managed a portfolio of 10 million square feet, including acquisitions, development and leasing. Prior to his tenure at Kaiser Permanente, Mr. Becronis managed the real estate portfolios of two Los Angeles, CA-based real estate investment firms for over fifteen years.

Mr. Becronis is a frequent speaker at healthcare real estate conferences, and is a former elected Los Angeles redevelopment agency official. Mr. Becronis is the recipient of many industry awards, and whose healthcare facility developments have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Business Journal, and in other publications. Mr. Becronis is a member of the Lambda Alpha real estate honor society, a member of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce's Healthcare Committee, and a member of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals. Mr. Becronis has a California real estate license.

Jennifer Ferguson serves as the Executive Vice President of Property Management at ShareMD Asset Management, joined the team in early 2020, bringing over fifteen years of expertise across diverse markets, including industrial, retail, and Medical Office spaces.

Her professional proficiency encompasses crucial skills for the commercial real estate landscape, such as ground-up development, construction management, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and tenant relationship management. A dynamic leader, Mrs. Ferguson demonstrates her expertise in overseeing successful clinical build-outs, showcasing a deep understanding of the intricacies within the medical real estate sector. She plays a pivotal role, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints, and has earned accolades from both peers and within the industry.

Mrs. Ferguson is active in prominent industry associations like IFMA, BOMA, and IREM. She extends her participation to local business chambers, such as the Jacksonville Chamber and Jax USA, emphasizing her dedication to community and industry development. Mrs. Ferguson's educational foundation, comprising dual degrees in Computer Science and Business from Hawaii Pacific University, equips her with a strategic approach to real estate management, seamlessly blending technical insight with a deep understanding of business dynamics.

Brian Dunlay serves as Chief Financial Officer for ShareMD. Mr. Dunlay is responsible for the overall management of ShareMD's financial and accounting operations.

Mr. Dunlay has proven and extensive experience in finance, accounting, asset management and real estate investments. Prior to joining ShareMD, Mr. Dunlay spent 16 years at Welltower (NYSE: WELL), the largest diversified healthcare REIT in the sector with over 2,000 properties and $2.6B in annual NOI. During his tenure at Welltower, Mr. Dunlay held a variety of positions in finance, operations and asset management responsible for maximizing the outpatient medical portfolio's cash flow through strategic investment and financial management. Most recently he served as Vice President, Asset Management, where he was responsible managing institutional JV program with $2.1 billion of assets under management.

Prior to Welltower, Mr. Dunlay was the CFO of the property management arm of Rendina Companies, one of the pioneers in medical real estate development. Mr. Dunlay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant.
